A complex motor mount requiring the operations of design, laser cutting, forming, welding and powder coating. All operations handled with in-house capabiilites for complete control of the project for our customer.

Coated Control Enclosure Coated Control Enclosure

These cabinets are a combination of welded structural steel frame work with removable sheet metal doors and panels. Measuring 5ft. x 5ft. x 6ft. high, we efficiently manufactured these enclosures utilizing an ironworker for the frame work and sheet metal fabrication equipment for the balance. Coated in-house enabling us to deliver a completed product to our customer.

316L Stainless Steel Electrical Enclosure 316L Stainless Steel Electrical Enclosure

A very precise electrical enclosure with a polished finish made to handle the elements with 316L stainless steel. Internal studs are applied with a CD stud welder. Precision laser cutting, CNC forming, and welding enable us to effectively produce these to exacting quality requirements at a significant cost savings for our customer.

Our engineering department assisted our customer with the design of this precision product for their semiconductor industry customer. A component of a 8 piece assembly, all parts are manufactured in our facility. Components range from powder coated steel to polished stainless steel.

Structural Frame Structural Frame

With full in-house capability to manufacture and finish products such as this structural frame, we can meet very short delivery lead-time requirements. This frame was fabricated to completion including coating in our facility in 3 days. Our customer had an urgent requirement and we met that requirement achieving cost targets and 100% quality.

Polished Stainless Steel Enclosure Polished Stainless Steel Enclosure

This polished 304 stainless steel enclosure is contructed with five precision components to enable our customer maximum efficiency in their assembly operations. The components are CNC laser cut and formed, dimples are pressed into the bottoms, and holes are tapped. The result is a product that is ready for assembly to minimize our customer's production costs. We worked on this product from prototype to production.
